Barring the energy field's attacks on the shields, the descent was smooth and calculated, and soon, the three landed on the surface of the planet Aphios.

"I'll try and pull up that map we made..." said Frobisher. But when he tapped the 'map' button on his Multidevice, it didn't work. He tapped it again. And again.

"Must be the energy field," Ella suggested pulling up the pictures taken from orbit of the area they landed in. "Alright, got the one with the life signatures. The human one appears to be close, but a bit of a walk away from here. It should be to the..."
