An anomaly shows up on the first moon

The first planet was an absolute bust. No resources of value no interesting history to be understood. Nothing. The second planet also appears to have nothing, though first you have to research its two moons. Both are cold and desolate, but immediately on studying the first moon you notice an energy signature that can't be natural. Using video probes it turns out there is an air sealed shelter on the surface of the moon. You attempt to contact the structure but nothing works. It looks like a manned crew to the bunker will be needed. You decide to...
