"Oh That! I don't have all the specifics about these other gemstones... but I do have some ideas about the future lore and whatnot." Willow said.
"Well, I'd love to hear what you got... this is all so fascinating to me. I'd love to learn so much more. I promise to post no spoilers once the show gets on the air, I promise!" Bill said.
"Yeah, sweetie. We love hearing all this stuff you are so passionate about. The more you have to tell us, the better!" Tammy said, getting into what Bill was trying to do. The more information they had on the stones, the more they could understand what was happening... and the more likely Tammy would find a way to remain Tammy.
"And you don't mind, Mrs. V?" Willow asked.
"No, not at all." Gloria said. To be honest, she had been tuning out much of this, other than the fact that this stone she had was seemingly powered by anger.
"Well, OK! If you insist! Well, there's obviously the Grellstone, which grants wishes through anger, as we've established. There's also the Brellstone, which creates a blissful reality for whoever holds it, but of course, there's always a sort of catch to that thing. Then, there's the Frellstone, based on fear. It essentially reads a person's fear and creates a change or object to protect them from that fear. There's the Drellstone, powered by sadness, and a little similar to the Frellstone, works to make the sadness disappear. And Finally there is the Vrellstone, which is the most powerful of the stones, and is powered by love. But why it's so powerful... well, that's for another time." Willow smirked.
Bill took this all in. These were basically infinity stones, now existing in his reality! All powerful things, objects, with the ability to change and alter the course of space and time. And he was in possession of one of them.
Option 1: Willow goes into one last part of the Grellstone lore, the Two Gods in control of it all.
Option 2: Willow leaves to put her stuff away. Tammy wants to get the Brellstone to create a perfect Tammy life, Gloria wants the Frellstone to take advantage of her fears, and Bill thinks the Anger Stone is enough, even though he is curious about the power of the Vrellstone.
