It was the fourth day of the grail war for her when she had that dream. She'd witnessed the boy who she secretly held an admiration for be nearly cut in half by the Einzbern's Berseker. His guts were splayed everywhere and yet, he was somehow knitted back together by some unknown force. Golden threads similar to needles pulling everything back into place. After he was stabilized and wrapping him up in some bandages she and Saber took him to his home to rest. Out of worry, Rin stayed the night
That night, Rin had a dream. The first scene was a massive fire and being saved by a man. The next scene had her suspicious. It was Saber being summoned and what lead up to it along with the Berserker fight, all from Shirou's perspective. And then it was scene after scene of various battlefields, making a deal with Alaya, and the endless torment her receives from it. Upon waking up, Rin was able to recognize the dream for what it was. It was her Archer's past. Meaning that the true identity of Archer was... she had to make sure.
Rin called both Archer and Saber together to get her answers. After confronting him with what she witnessed and what she concluded from it, Archer fessed up and told both of them the truth. That he was the 'ideal' of Shirou Emiya and what he would eventually become. As she listened to his story her mind was made up. Her Shirou could not be allowed to continue like this. When the story was over, Rin told Archer that she'd make sure Shirou didn't walk the same path. And after some convincing, Archer and Saber agreed to go along with her plan.
Archer didn't know, and ultimately didn't need to know the details of her plan. Only that she would keep Shirou safe and wouldn't let him continue on his current path. Saber took a little more convincing but agreed to go along with it.
When Shirou woke up he immediately noticed something was wrong. The ceiling was much higher than it should be, his sheets were much more cumbersome, and and there were two pairs of giant feet greeting him. Looking up her saw giant versions of Saber and Tohsaka looking down at him, Tohsaka smirking. The latter of which also seemed different from normal. She was much more, ahem, well endowed than she normally was and her height in comparison to Saber was much greater than normal.
Crouching down Tohsaka spoke. "It seems you've woken up, Shirou. I'm sure you're wondering why you're suddenly so small right now. Well, I used a spell on you while you were asleep. It's a special form of reinforcement and alteration I came up with. It allows me to transfer the mass of your body into mine." Rin placed her hands under her now larger chest, her smile growing. "That's why my boobs are so much bigger. As for you, you're now about..."
