"This will be fun," Dylan said and started to fire. There was a bright flash and the process began.
To his surprise Leiko didn't start to shrink. In fact quite the opposite happened. She was starting to grow, but that couldn't be right the rest of the world was growing with her. The little girl watched excited at Dylan. The boy hadn't payed attention and just fired without looking. He was holding the gun the wrong way, aiming it at himself!
By the time he realized his mistake the world was already far bigger than before. Leiko was looking down on him as he disappeared into his clothes. The gun was getting too big to handle for his shrinking hands and he had to drop it. When the shrinking stopped he was barely the height of a baby and only wearing his shirt like a dress.
"Yes, this is fun!," the girl yelled and reached for him. Dylan tried to get away, but Leiko was so much stronger and faster. She easily lift him off the ground and gave him a big hug. "We're going to be best friends!," she giggled.
Dylan finally got the courage to fight back and kicked her. Startled the girl dropped him and the shrunken boy landed on his own pile of clothes. He quickly got up and started to run. He had to get away from this girl. Leiko was recovering fast and planned to go after him, then she saw the gun lying at her feet.
