You manage to make it until lunch period.

As the school day continued, you felt more and more nervous. Keeping in one piece during class was easy enough. Sure, there were plenty of reasons to worry when it came to your classmates, but Miss Bedlam luckily didn't tolerate any misbehavior during class. Unfortunately, she wasn't so strict when it came to matters outside of class. Anything that happens while she isn't in the middle of lessons isn't any of her business, as far as she's concerned. Class continued as usual, and everyone handed in their homework, including yourself and your brother (though, you were sure that he forced Jack to do it for him). You couldn't help but wonder who his goons, Gabe and Gob, bullied to work on their homework. Gabe, the zombie boy, always took any opportunity he had with a writing tool to scribble something lewd, and Gob, the chubby goblin boy, had horrid handwriting that was barely read-able.

But again, if it happened outside of class, the teachers didn't really care, so most bullying went unpunished. There are times that you step in to help out those in trouble, but... that's for another time. You jumped up in your seat as you suddenly heard the bell. The raven-haired teacher turned around and took a seat at her desk. "Well, I suppose it's time for you all to go to lunch", Miss Bedlam said as she released her students. "If you make it back, we'll start assigning groups for the science fair." You took the opportunity to sneak out along with your classmates, but you had trouble making it to your friends as the rest of the classes emptied out and you tried to keep near the front of the crowd to keep from getting squashed. You made it to the cafeteria and sighed with relief.

"Jackie never has this much trouble...", you said to yourself as you prepared to get in line for lunch before you noticed someone approaching you...
