After surveying your surroundings a bit, you realise that wherever you are, your enclosed entirely in this area. The only way out is above you, and it seems like a fairly big climb for somebody of your microscopic stature. So, wherever you are, it seems like you're stuck here. Which is a real pain, the terrain in here is awful!
The main thing you're noticing as you try to navigate your way to one of the walls is how humid and unstable everything is! The area keeps rising and falling, and each time you can feel yourself getting sick, as if you were on a boat in the ocean.
"It must be her breathing." You deduce, but that still doesn't clear up the mystery of your location.
And another thing, this place...has a weird smell too. You're not sure what it is or why it's there, but it's surrounding you to the point where you'll probably be smelling it for weeks. And the noises are unsettling, it's like you can her hear entire body working below your feet at max volume.
Suddenly your thrown off of your feet, sending you tumbling back down to the centre and deepest part of the hole. You're thinking "Dammit!" to yourself, but you can't actually hear over the impossibly loud *RRRUUUUMMMMBBBBLLLLLEEEEE!!!!!!!* occuring at the same time! Then, just as you reach your limit, the sound and shaking dies down.
The sound, even at this scale is vaguely familiar. "I think this is the sound of her stomach..." Which would mean that you're somewhere incredibly close to her stomach, but in a hole...
Then it hits you.
"Her belly button? Really?" You look around as you realise where you've been stuck. If your guess is right (Which it is), you've shrunken yourself and ended up as a microscopic speck stuck in your sleeping mother's belly button! That's certainly not what you had planned when you left your room this morning! In fact, you doubt you'll actually be able to get out of here under your own power, you're left completely at the mercy of the Goddess whose body you live on now.
