This science project is a biology project so maybe a video of the digestive system might be perfect. You think over if this is a good idea and remember you have some fluid that would make her safe from digestion. You contemplate this for a second and decide to bring it up with Jacqueline.
"Take a look at this Jacqueline." You hand over the petri dish to her. "I shrunk down Naomi using a remote and I'm going to use her for a science project." She just looks at the dish and stares with her eyes wide open.
"I'm so confused. Is this actually Naomi?" Jacqueline asks.
"Feel free to look in her room." You tell her. She goes and looks and comes back with a look of curiosity as she grabs the tiny Naomi with some tweezers and sets her tiny sister on her plate as she grabs a magnifying glass.
"So, is she your project or do you have something else in mind?" Your sister asks you.
"I just had an idea. I have something that would make her immune to stomach acid and if I gave her a camera she could give us an up close and personal tour of someone's digestive system. I wanted to ask you if you would be interested in participating?" You tell her. She gasps a little and she can see Naomi freaking out and yelling at her. She assumes it has something to do with not eating her of course. Jacqueline does actually have a vore kink but doesn't think anyone knows. She gulps and looks over at you.
"Lets do it." She says hiding her excitement. Go shrink a camera and tie it to a headband and get it rolling. You attach a headlamp too for Naomi. You grab the liquid that should make Naomi immune to stomach acid but just to be safe you tell your sister to drink some milk with her to calm her stomach. She drinks some milk and you both tie Naomi down and force the headband on her and drop the liquid on her.
"Alright Jacqueline, make sure to keep drinking milk every so often just to make sure she doesn't digest. We can keep track of her using a tracker and livestreaming the video. Do not take as shit until we have her. Tell me when you feel it building and we will collect the shit and check it or start looking inside your exit. She has a walkie talking as well so she can communicate with us. Its off right now so we can force her inside your gut first. I have a suit that should be safe from digestion so if anything goes wrong I'll head in either end and get her out safely. I promise we will grow her after this so no messing with her or anything. Due to her size she shouldn't need to breath at all for a long period of time so most of the journey should be safe. We will need to track her after she enters your large intestine to make sure she doesn't get crushed by your anus or by feces. Also your colon might turn her into shit either way so we must track that. Ready?"
She nods and Naomi begins bawling. Your sister dangles her over her open mouth and drops her directly into her throat. She swallows with a satisfying GULP. Jacqueline begins feeling her tummy and eventually and feel Naomi fall into it.
