A man payed big bucks for a private show with you

"A man is paying big bucks for a private show with you. So get ready!" Patty explained, laying out Dora's outfit for the day.
Dora felt a bit awkward having to do a private show, but she knew Patty wouldn't allow her to decline it. She got out of bed and put on her tight bikini, struggling to squeeze it over her obese form.
"He'll be here any second. Just keep doin' what you're doing, and make sure you do anything he says! Good luck!" Patty smiled, leaving Dora alone once more to prepare for the private show.

Dora waited alone in the room for all of five minutes before the doors opened again, and a rather affluent-looking male with white hair, a mustache and a black suit entered. He smiled at Dora, already enjoying the sight of her.
"My, they really weren't lying. How old are you?" The man asked.
"Only a few minutes old, Sir." Dora responded, realizing it might be in her best interest to lie about her real age as that might be hard to explain.
"And already you're so fat! I would love to..."
