Transform Materia

A Transform Materia. Originally, this type of Materia possessed two powers, the ability to shrink and the ability to turn things into toads. Normally, because of its limited power, these abilities were only used in battle.

But now, with its new super charged power, it gained a new ability, true to its name. It gave the user, with physical contact, the ability to transform as they pleased, though it would require physical contact from the caster.

And now, who is the one that would come to possess the newly powered Transform Materia?
