Made her believe that everything he says is true

"Jessie, the moment I clap, you will think that everything I say is absolutely true."
Ash then clapped and Jessie seemed to return to normal.

"Hey, Twerp what did you do and where are James and Meowth?" Jessie asked, still dazed from the hypnotism.
"Well," Ash began, "they went to do some work while you stayed behind, don't you remember?"
"Of course I remember!" Jessie said, "I just forgot for a moment."
Ash then knew that his hypnosis perfectly worked and grinned deviously.
"What's there to laugh about Twerp? I alone am enough to steal your Pikachu." Jessie said confidently.

"What are you talking about, Jessie?" Ash acted confused. "Why would my own Pokemon steal Pikachu?"
Jessie looked confused and asked, "I... am your Pokemon?"
"Of course," Ash responded, "I recently just caught you, did you forget?"
"What!?" Jessie asked shocked, "of course I wouldn't forget that. You caught me fair and square and now I am your Pokemon. That sounds about right."

Ash snickered to himself and thought about what he should do next...
