Ash was sitting down, as he rubbed his chin in thought of what to do with May, before he had a brilliant idea.

"Okay May, as soon as I clap my hands, you'll wake up, and you won't remember me using the pendant on you. In fact, you'll have no memory of anything at all. You won't remember your own name or anyone else's, who you are or where you live and you'll also have forgotten everything about Pokemon. The only thing that you'll know, is that you can trust me to tell you everything, and that whatever I tell you, you'll believe to be true. Is that understood?" Ash said.

"Yeah....understood" May said with a nod, as she stared ahead with a blank look.

Ash then clapped his hands together, as May blinked a few times while looked around.

"W-where am I? Who am I? I can't remember anything about myself" May said with concern, as she looked around with worry.

"Don't worry about it. I know who you are, and I can tell you everything that you need to know" Ash said.

May looked relieved upon hearing this. "Oh, thanks mister. I don't know why, but I feel like I can trust you" she said with a smile.

Ash smiled back at her, as he thought of what to say.
