Ash looked back down at Pikachu, who was still in a trance.

"Hmmmm....." wondered Ash. "Perhaps I'd better test and see just how powerful this hypnosis is, before I try it on some girls."

What does Ash do to the hypnotized Pikachu?


Option 1: Ash makes Pikachu think that he(Pikachu) is him(Ash) and that he(Ash) is really Pikachu!
The downside to this, is that Ash has to go around naked; for since Pikachu thinks that he is now Ash and that Ash is his Pikachu, Pikachu also thinks that he is a human and as such thinks that he is now naked and that 'his Pikachu'(i.e. Ash) is wearing 'his' clothes!
The upside is that if Ash places him mom under the same hynotic effect, she will pamper and spoil him since she'll think he is Pikachu.

Option 2: Ash makes Pikachu think he is an inanimate object; more specifically, Ash's cap. Although this will cause Pikachu to be unresponsive until Ash lifts the hypnosis, he can walk around with Pikachu on his head instead of on his shoulder and not make it seem too awkward to people not under the hypnosis.
