Gemma looked at Emma with an annoyed frown, it was taking way too long for everyone to gather on the shop floor.
"I'm sorry, there was an unexpected delivery, the boys are just off loading it as quickly, and as carefully as they can," Emma made sure to emphasize the careful part. "We'll still be opening on time, depending on how long this meeting goes for." Emma put the responsibility back on Gemma if they opened late.
"Oh it will be quick," Gemma assured Emma with a sly smile. She scanned Emma's body with her eyes, she just volunteered to go first. "Say, Emma be honest with me, out of all the staff you have here, which employee do you trust the least?"
"Um..." Emma wasn't expecting that question nor did she know how to answer it. It was Liam without a doubt but she wasn't sure if it was a good idea to tell Gemma that, considering her position at HR.
"You don't need to worry, no one is getting fired. I'm running trust exercises today, so I'd like to know who you trust the least so we can improve on that trust."
"Oh, okay..." Emma still wasn't too sure. "Liam, he's an okay kid, just needs to apply himself some more."
Gemma nodded as she watched as everyone else gathered. Not everyone was in uniform but that was to be expected as some of them had the afternoon shift or weren't working today.
"I'll make this quick so you can go about your day as usual," Gemma told them. "I've been approached by a company that focuses in employee relations, and they'd like to test their latest idea on Wilko." Gemma turned to Emma. "Emma has already informed me of an employee she doesn't have much trust in, I'm hoping we can fix that by..."
