Jake and Rebecca are brother and sister. Little do they know, their parents have prepared an extra special breakfast for them. Mixed in with their food and drinks is a special tonic that will hopefully cause one of them to start to carry life inside them. The tonic makes the body receptive to most any DNA they may come in contact with for a short while. Meaning, they can simply hug someone, and if some live cells get on them, that maybe cause the pregnancy.

But which one will have the the tonic work? Who is going to be the 'daddy'? How will they react? You decide.
