Naruto came to his decision, making quite an ambitious and grandiose wish.

He wished that he had the power to change and modify a woman's clothing, personality, and appearance at will.

He could make a woman dress as a ballerina, thinking she was a table, and making her breasts 2 sizes larger.

Or he could make an up-tight, haughty millionaire think she was a lowly maid who wore skimpy clothes and got paid in sex.

There were so many possibilities and so many places to take this. But first he needed to figure out who he wanted to use it on first. Eventually deciding to go see...
