Chizuru blinked.

She had just made her wish, and her mind was flooded with information. Now, all it took was a thought, and time itself would be frozen in place, and she could do anything her heart desires to the woman that had evaded her grasp all her life. Any change would be considered normal, meaning nothing could stop her!

From today on, the women of the world were hers to play with!
