Option 1: Naruto can trap the minds of anyone he wishes into dolls. The mindless bodies will then be seen as Naruto's property, which he is able to do whatever he wants to.

Option 4: Naruto knows a jutsu that is able to make any woman he targets with it believe she is a Shadow Clone of Naruto, willing to obey any order he gives. Everyone else will see the affected person as one of Naruto's Shadow Clones.
