Seeing your tiny form continuing to shiver both from fear and the cold, Absol's expression seems to soften, a small, gentle smile appearing on his face as he slowly lowers his head down to your level once more.
"It's alright, little one," he says in a soft yet sympathetic tone. "I'm not going to hurt you, just relax."
You can feel his paw slide away from you as he lowers his body to the ground, taking a sort of sphinx-like position as he softly traps you between his two forelegs. He keeps his gaze on you the entire time, but it no longer seems like he's gazing into your soul; it feels more like the gaze of a protective older brother looking after his younger sibling.
"Can you understand me, human? Can you speak?"
After a moment's hesitation, you reply. "Y-y-yes, I can understand you. Y-you're really not going to hurt m-me?"
He shakes his head. "No, I promise." He then frowns after noticing you're naked. "Goodness, you must be freezing cold. Here, let me help."
His left paw slowly reaches around and presses into your body once more, gently pushing you into his chest. You're startled by the movement, but the moment your body makes contact with the fluff hanging from his neck, you begin to feel a deep warmth flowing through you; the pokemon's own natural body heat being amplified by the white softness currently surrounding you.
After a minute, with his paw still against your back, you begin to relax, sinking into the fluff as the cold melts away from your body. It's like laying on top of a giant pillow that's been basking in the sun for hours. You feel like you could fall asleep in the furry cloud for hours, perfectly content.
"Heh."
You look up to see Absol grinning happily at you, flashing rows of large, gleaming white fangs, but it strangely doesn't unnerve you. You've finally calmed down enough to realize that he just wants to protect you and keep you warm. If the pokemon wanted to eat you, he would have done so already, right?
"Pretty soft, right?" He chuckles. "I try to take good care of my fur, glad to see you're enjoying it so much. If you want, you can just stay there for a while and warm up. I don't mind."
This Absol is being remarkably friendly toward you. You can't help but smile as you relax back into his chest and bask in the warmth of his own body. Absol continues to grin down at you as he gently presses his paw against you, further submerging you into his white fur.
