You stare at the panel for a moment. The panel rather bluntly did not change its reading. The occupant of this tube is alive. And, according to the panel, they are Type: Null #5. Among other things on the panel is the option to thaw and release the subject.
You find yourself considering this action. Should you release this Type: Null? You never wanted something like this to happen to you, but... what if they were like Null? Do you want to risk a second Null running around? Then again- "Upon the prison? What design has the tiny maker?" you start at this and turn around to see Null staring up at you. The helmeted Pokemon almost looks like she is glaring at you.
"Oh, you're back." "Why upon that do you stand?"
You shrug, then gesture around you, "I wanted to look around to see if I could find anything here that might explain why I am so small or if there is something that can fix it. I ended up finding these. You were in one, right?"
Null's gaze drifts over to the broken tube, then she nods, "Affirmative. Contained in ice was my form in this room."
"How did you get out?" "Not did I. A battle waged by others by chance alone my prison ruptured and disabled. I freed by effort of mine and in terror fled. Outside the world strange, thus in fear did stay I to this place. I ventured not within until forced by weather to walk these accursed halls or alone was I to perish."
You gesture to the tubes, "What about the others?" "Others?"
"Yeah. Each of these contained a Type: Null like you. Except all of them are dead save for this one." "Others exist of mine? Alone I thought of myself... There not were others when in this place of pain I was made."
"Yeah. Apparently four others were made. Judging from looking at these, I think whatever battle was happening when you were freed broke four of these pod-things. But only yours was damaged enough for you to escape. The others died in theirs. Except for this one, which is still working... I'm thinking of letting them out."
Null starts at your statement as you step up to the panel and press the button that starts the thawing process.
