As your sub floats over the bare midriff of the sleeping Tifa, you settle on a way to enter her body. Hitting the thrusters, you launch past the giantess's slightly-parted lips and into the moist darkness of her mouth, which closes just after your entry. Your new surroundings are strangely beautiful...the pearly-white teeth behind you seem like an impenetrable gate; the tongue below lies dormant as you notice many tiny lumps -- Tifa's taste buds, you assume. And just ahead is the lightless abyss of her throat...you could slide down her esophagus and into her stomach, or perhaps squeeze through her trachea and into one of her lungs!
Better make a choice before your hostess wakes up and feels you!
