Red skinned and oblivious

In the dim moonlight, which barely illuminated her surroundings, Emma noticed nothing wrong with her body. To her, her skin still appeared to be white, however that was due to the moonlight reflecting off her slightly shiny skin.

Pushing into the house, Emma found herself standing in pure darkness. Wherever she was seemed to have no windows, which allowed no light into the room.
"Did this place exist before electricity or something?" She wondered, pulling her phone out of her pocket. Turning the light on, she inspected her surroundings.

She seemed to be in some sort of kitchen/dining room combination. Just in front of her and to the left slightly was a table with four chairs. Strangely, despite the house appearing to have been deserted for many years, the table was set for four. Silver cutlery gleaned and fluttered as she shone her light over the table.

"A table set for four?" She mumbled, moving towards one of the chairs. "And they seemed to be just washed too... Maybe somebody else set the table? Although that's could be considered pretty dire if they're expecting us to stay long enough for food. If we are, I think I'm just have a few more of those divine apples..."

Leaving the table, Emma wandered into the kitchen segment of the room. Unlike the table, which looked brand new, the kitchen looked as though a tornado of dust and leftover food had blown through it at some point. Dishes and glasses were piled high in the sink, while the fridge door hung open slightly, revealing a plate with a mouldy... something sitting on it.

Shining her light around the room, she searched for any signs that Stacey had been through here. Fingerprints on the dusty countertops, items that looked out of place... Emma found none of these.

Letting out a disappointed sigh, she looked towards an archway next to the fridge.
"Well, nobody's been in here... Should move on and check elsewhere".
Making her way towards the archway, Emma...
