"Glad you see things my way," King Koopa said as he sat in his throne and before snapping his fingers. A couple of Koopa Troopa and Kootie Pie walked in. "My dearest Kootie Pie. Please show the newest member of our gang the ropes and his room."
"But Dad-die! I have things to do! Things like-" Kootie Pie began before she saw you. A smile appeared on her face, making you feel uncomfortable. "Buuuttt... I think I can make the time for a cutie like him."
"Now that's my Kootie Pie! Go and make Alex feel right at home," King Koopa barked.
"Wait, how do you know my nam-" you uttered before Kootie Pie grabbed your arm and pulled you out of the room. The two Koopa Troopas saluted him before they followed after the two of you.
King Koopa chuckled for a few moments before he looked around to make sure he was alone. Once he was certain, he opened up one of the arms of his throne and pulled out a book from the hiding space within the arm.
"I am so glad I stole this years ago..." King Koopa cackled as he flipped through the book's pages,The cover read 'The Mushroom Kingdom Book of Prophecies and Pasta Recipes.' King Koopa stopped when he reached one page.
It was an heroic image of you, with the words 'Captain SNES' over it.
After letting out a large evil laugh, he put the book back in its hiding place.
"And with the next would-be video game hero in my forces serving me, Mario and those lousy goodie-goods will be forced to surrender to me!" King Koopa said.
