Massively pregnant with a bulging stomach.

The paramedics have to hold the women down. She isn't struggling against them. In fact her focus is on her shifting orb. Hands clamped tightly around it as the beach ball sized belly writhes and bulges from interior movement. Every few seconds a series of limbs presses against her taught belly. Leaving indents for a second as they seem to explore and prod their mothers womb.

The pregnant women is drenched in sweat. Her response to the strange alien movements inside her is only to pant and moan. The pressure on her uterus must be immense. Out of morbid curiosity you place your hand on the belly and feel something push back against your palm.
