Alex, noticing Ava just pooped her diaper, realizes he needs to go #2 as well. Seeing that his 13-year old babysitter just went in his diaper makes it clear that he should just do that as well, so he goes ahead and squats into his diaper and makes a mess, followed by a stream of urine.
