Ava takes them in for diaper changes.

''Ava is a stinky butt!'' Alex giggles, pointing at his cousin's diaper. ''Looks like Alex is one too'' Ava responds, gently patting Alex's diaper. ''We better get changed'' Ava says and picks up Alex, carrying him back inside. She puts Alex on the changing table and undoes the tapes of his diaper, pinching her nose when she sees the mess. Alex just giggles as Ava cleans him up and puts a new diaper on him.

''Okay, go play in the other room while I take care of my messy diaper.'' Ava says. This time Alex doesn't make a fuss and leaves the room. So Ava climbs on the changing table, imagining she's really a baby. She undoes the tapes and says ''Oops, baby Ava made a big stinky!'' as she's cleaning herself up with the wipes. She then slides the used diaper from under her and puts a clean one in it's place, sprinkles some powder on herself and puts the new diaper on.

She then goes back to Alex, and...
