There was a flash of green light. Cardin had hit the button immediately without even checking who it was. The next moment, he was standing in the room facing outwards, instead of outside the room staring in. He had hit the Life Swap option and it took a second to get used to the sudden location swap. According to the instructions, he should now be seen as the girl he targeted, Glancing down, he saw a red and black dress. Knowing who this dress belonged to, his eyes moved forward to see who was living in his life.
It was Ruby Rose.
She was wearing his clothes and sported his brown hair. That must have meant he had her short black hair. The girl was sneering at him like Cardin would have done. She should believe that she WAS him and everyone should see her as him. Still, it took a lot of self-control not to burst out laughing as she was so short and hardly intimidating. He didn’t see her as himself.
“What do you want?” Cardin asked, trying to sound like her. It actually felt kind of natural. The instructions did saw Life Swaps would help with that.
“Just checking to see if you’re still in school and not kicked out yet.” Ruby laughed with a sneer.
“Go away R… Cardin!” He almost said Ruby, but he quickly changed direction. Ruby laughed, before turning and walking away.
That’s when he got an idea.
If he was going to do this, might as well do it all the way. He did a Body Swap and soon found himself in Ruby’s body. The world seemed much bigger now as he lost a foot or two. He felt so small and weak. How this girl could beat him was beyond him. She was either lucky or it was because of that monstrosity she called a weapon. He slammed the door and turned around to check out the room. It looked pretty normal, though they had bunk beds, with one bed strung up with some horrid contraption. There was only one girl in the room right now.
“What did…Cardin… want?” Weiss asked in disgust.
“Just being a jerk.” Cardin replied, letting Ruby’s life guide him. Seems they insulted him a lot. He would have to make them pay for that.
“How he was even allowed in is beyond me.” Weiss muttered, turning back to her desk and paper she was working on.
Cardin glanced into the mirror and saw himself looking exactly like Ruby. The evil grin on her face was definitely not her usually one though. Weiss didn’t notice as her back was turn. Cardin was not deciding what to do. Should he go into the bathroom and check out his new body? He could do stuff to Weiss and get Ruby hated by her. Maybe go out into Beacon and cause problems to get Ruby into trouble?
