It took Cardin a brief moment to think about it, but an especially devious idea popped into his head. Remembering the pamphlet he found with the remote, he recalled a specific portion; users were only aware of the remote's effects if they were TOUCHING it.
He thought to himself: I haven't NEARLY gotten my fill of revenge, and if I'm gonna get it, she has to REALLY feel it...
Cardin quickly backtracked to the hall where he encountered Pyrrha. Good, she's still taking her time walking... he thinks, seeing "her" a bit ways down the corridor. He began to, while very much enjoying the jiggling sensation of his new breasts within his shirt, pick up his pace to a slight jog towards his body.
"Hey, Nikos!" he shouted, unaccustomed to the sound of Pyrrha's higher pitch escaping his mouth. Stopping her, (or his, in this case) stride down the hall, Cardin watched his former body turn towards him.
"Yes, what is it now, Cardin?" Seeing and hearing himself talking with the soft grace Pyrrha's voice normaly carried was a bit jarring.
"So, uh, listen. Professor Port's been kinda breathin' down my neck about the way I 'carry myself as a student.' Says that I need to get my act together, especially with Arc, or I'm in some deep shit", he lies through his teeth. "So I was thinkin', maybe if I can be quote-unquote 'Cool With You,' he could get off my back, and Jauney-Boy could stop running to the staff every minute I'm around."
"You want ME to help you out, Cardin?" Pyrrha remarks. "I'm not very fond of you as-is, but trying to get my assistance in something for YOUR personal gain? I'm sorry, but I'll have to pass," she tells him, as she begins to turn away from him once again.
"Wait, wait wait wait," Cardin nearly yells. Damn, I've never heard Nikos shout like this before, he silently remarks. "Think about it this way: I can get Port off my tail, and Arc stops looking like a deer caught in headlights whenever he has to walk in the hallways!" He gives Pyrrha a cheeky smile, which with Pyrrha's face would have sealed the deal, if it weren't for all of that reality-altering stuff the remote did.
"And how would you propose you earn my favor?" Pyrrha questions him, her expression almost blank. That was the phrase he was waiting for.
"Easy," Cardin exclaims, pulling out the remote from his skirt pocket. "I just need you to hold this!" Pyrrha gives the remote a questionable look?
"A... remote..?" she finally says, looking towards Cardin.
"Yep! Simple as that, figured something basic like this would be enough of an ice breaker," Cardin says.
I knew he wasn't exactly A+ in the brains department, but holding a remote for him? Pyrrha thinks. ...well, if it can get him off of Jaune, then it can't be anything TOO mean...
Pyrrha reaches up to grab the remote; the minute her hand makes contact with the surface of the device, Cardin quickly jabs one of the buttons. Which button did he press?
