A teenager new to Beverly Hills was exploring the town. He was named Kevin was walking under a bridge before a barrel fell from above, crashed near him, opened up, and splashed him with its contents.
“Ew! Gross!” he uttered, trying to wipe off the strange pink liquid.
Then some fancy raygun landed in front of him. When it began to glow, Kevin closed his eyes and prayed. However, the raygun emitted some strange light before crackling with electricity and exploding.
After a few moments, Kevin opened his eyes and looked around. When he saw nothing new around him and saw he was unharmed, he shrugged and went on his way.
What he didn’t know was that some super villain was planning on becoming the handsomest masseuse with some stuff he stole from WOOHP. The raygun would make him appear attractive to anyone of the opposite sex, even in photos. The liquid solution would have allowed him to bring pleasure to anyone he touched.
Unknown to anyone, combining the two effects altered the liquid solution's effect to where anyone of the opposite sex of the target would feel compelled to kiss them
Clover, Alex, and Sam were able to stop the crazed bad guy, but had accidentally knocked a barrel of liquid solution and one of the rayguns off the side of a truck as it passed by a bridge.

Kevin's trip around Beverly Hills was interesting. Women were quick to offer help and thus allowed him to get a towel.
A gang of girls tried to force him to pay a kissing toll to get by him... only for some police women to show up and get into a fight over who gets to kiss him.
When Kevin returned home, he looked towards his neighbors' home..
The Neighbors were a trio of girls, Sam, Alex, and Clover.
They were friendly, but had a nasty habit of just vanishing when no one was looking. He wondered how they were able to stay of popular.
