Legend of Zelda : A Link to the Past is a good one. According to some, This Link also went through Link's Awakening, Oracle of Ages, and Oracle of Seasons games.
And the there's the first two games in the series. Legend of Zelda and its sequel, Zelda 2: Link's adventure. Here's a fun fact: Not only does this Link defeat Ganon once and for all in this timeline, but he also gets two Zeldas. There's a manga where they fight over Link, but in a humorous way.
The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds is a distant sequel to A Link to the Past, so I'm going to have it as a separate option from it.
