Not trusting yourself to walk the distance you get down on your hands and knees and slowly crawl your way to your goal. Crawling on human flesh at this scale was certainly not what you expected, though to be honest you could only guess what to expect from assumptions. If you were to ask what it was like you probably couldn't, other than it was springy. It was a nerve wrecking pace. At any moment you expected to be brushed away or your mother would suddenly appear and swat the supposed bug off this young girl's face. Or that she would simply wake up. But despite how long it took you , you manage to reach your goal without incident.
Spreading yourself on her bottom lip, you inch your way up it and peer into the abyss. You had seen mouths before, but not like this. Not at this scale. This was a mouth that, to your scale, could swallow you and a dozen more like you without even noticing. Other than some food fragments the interior was clean. The way her tongue was positioned you couldn't see the interior her throat. She had a full set of baby teeth, though you might suspect there was more than one that was loose it it's socket. Her breath was humid, and smelled of....Strawberry. It wasn't the smell of a lollipop or some other candy sucker but of medicine. So this young girl was sick. No wonder she was motionless. The stuff probably knocked her out for a while. Then you think, I hope she doesn't have anything that's catchy.
A sudden thought comes to mind. You decide to conduct an experiment. Reaching into your pocket, you take out a Mars Bar. You were going to save it but you know from the heat that the chocolate has already melted. It'll serve a different purpose now. Pealing back the wrapper you drop the minuscule treat into the girl's mouth. It landed among the taste buds of the tip of her tongue.
