Nope! She Swallows Him Whole!

His hopes were dashed as Toph began to tilt her head back. The unfortunate foreman felt this and knew what was about to happen. He desperately gripped at anything in the giant girl's mouth to try and stay in her mouth where he was at least somewhat safe, but to no avail. The most he could grab was her tongue, but that was so soft and slimy that he could hardly grip it.

Soon, Toph's head was completely vertical, giving the foreman a clear look down her throat and into her gullet. He tightened his grip on the damp muscle as best he could, but his grip faltered and he soon found himself sliding down her tongue and into the throat below.

Outside, his coworkers watched in horror as they saw a bulge that was once their boss make its way down her neck before disappearing into her torso. They all knew what that meant. Now content with swallowing him, Toph now turns her attention to the now leaderless survivors. She could feel their subtle shakes of fear in the earth and smirked at it.

"Mmmm, tasty." She taunts with a pat to her belly before addressing them once more. "Now, I think the rest of you understand the stakes now, right? Fail me in any way and you join your boss in there. Now back to work, all of you." She barks as the ones building her footstool resumed with newfound energy.
