The rest of the night went without much incident, aside from Yang putting her wet sports bra into the hamper. Ruby complained that the milk would sour and the bra would stink up the whole room, but it didn't take a lot to distract Ruby with something else.
Laying in her bed as she waited for sleep to take her Blake contemplated just how different her experience had been in this new reality. She knew it was different and could remember all her time as the only faunus on her team, but if she pushed herself she found she had memories from this life as well.
She remembered Weiss as being sent to Beacon by her father to be ignored and forgotten rather than her coming here to escape him. Blake was sorry that she took some of Weiss's agency away but it wasn't too much of a problem. Ruby didn't really change except complaining that Beacon was too loud sometimes, which is something that Blake and the now deer eared Weiss could sympathize with easily. Yang was the same but more easily embarrassed about her bust. Still showed it off, which Blake was silently thankful for.
Blake's reveal about being a member of the White Fang went about the same as it did last time, only her team was less than a fan of how she was hiding her being a faunus when they all have to deal with assholes like Cardin. She had hoped that they would be more understanding but Blake supposed that there would always be something separating her from others.
The next morning as they were getting ready for the day Blake heard Weiss scoff as she put on her bow. Blake glared daggers at the white haired girl. She wasn't gonna escalate this. It didn't bother her, it doesn't bother her, it bothers her it bothers her ALOT.
"Could you not," Blake said looking at Weiss "I'm kinda passed the point of coming out now anyway."
"I don't know what your referring too." Weiss told her, an air of posh arrogance filling the air between her words.
"Don't deny it, I can feel your judgement."
Yang decided to step in, saying "Ok, lets not start this up again. We all know what it's like to be turned against for who we are, lets not start the Blame Blake Game because she likes to hide it."
"Of course you'd take her side," Weiss stated aggressively "No one would even know that you're a faunus unless you tell them. Come on Ruby, you know what we deal with, Blake shouldn't just get a get a free ride."
Ruby was being quiet during the apparently common argument.
