This choice: Head back inside Claire’s womb where it’s safe • Go Back...Chapter #9Head back inside Claire’s womb where it’s safe by: MorTho   I looked around and felt the cold air brush my wet skin, I shivered and wrapped my arms around myself, one word came to my mind "nope!". The outside world was clearly too much for me, I turned back towards Claire and spread her lips apart before plunging myself back into her depths. As I had only just slipped out I found it far easier to slip back inside and before long my legs were being slurped up after me. I, once again, entered her womb after only just leaving it for a minute, while I had only been gone for a little bit, it felt strangely relieving to be back inside Claire. I felt the cord reattach itself to my belly button and after a few more minutes I drifted off into a deep sleep.
I woke up to the sudden feeling of weightlessness as Claire was being picked up and placed into her chair by her big sister Lisa, I felt a bit disorientated but I soon realized they must all be having dinner. The second Claire's mother placed food in front of her she began to dig in, she was absolutely wolfing it down "wow Claire, you must really be hungry?" Claire's eldest sister Lisa remarked, what Lisa didn't know was that Claire was currently having to eat for a 10-year-old boy, not just for herself. Claire had completely given up on the formality of using a knife and fork and began digging her hands into her spaghetti and meatballs, scooping it up into her mouth and devouring it at a speed that left her mother's mouth agape "Claire, slow down, you're practically coving yourself in food" Nicole seemed slightly worried about her youngest daughter's clearly abnormal behavior, Claire's second-oldest sister Grace then chimed in to say "don't worry Mom, kids are always messy eaters like that" to this Nicole let out an exaggerated laugh and responded with "I've given birth to and raised you and your sisters, don't you think I'd know what a normal amount of food for a baby would be?" all while Grace and Nicole were talking, Claire took her opportunity to steal their bowls and start eating their food too, as she had finished her bowl and they clearly weren't eating theirs she assumed it was perfectly ok for her to dig into her mother's and her sister's food. Grace and Claire's mother Nicole continued disagreeing until they both agreed that it was pointless to argue about something so insignificant "ye, who cares if Claire is eating a bit faster than normal, it's not like it could do any harm?" After Lisa's obvious statement Grace and Nicole turned back to their dinners "wah?" they both said in almost perfect unison, this caused everyone else to look up from their dinners, Annie said "wow, that's" ... "a hungry baby?" Jennie finished. Everyone was staring at Claire as she finished off the third bowl of spaghetti and meatballs, Claire leaned back in her chair and let out a loud burp "pardon you" Jennie said while giggling a bit to herself "so, what's everyone looking at?" Jennie seemed completely oblivious to the fact Claire was acting weird... After an awkwardly long pause, Claire let out a big yawn "ah, look at the time, come on kids, time for bed" Nicole was trying to act as if nothing was out of the ordinary "don't worry, Claire must have just been very hungry after playing all day" Nicole was, at this point, trying more to convince herself that everything was normal.
Nicole hurried everyone to their rooms and individually kissed them good night. Claire was patiently waiting outside her room, with a big teddy in her arms, for her mother to tuck her in and kiss her good night too "Hey Claire, tonight you're going to get to sleep with Mommy, isn't that great?" Nicole said in an overly excited voice to try and make Claire excited too, Claire just nodded and gave a bright smile with half-closed eyes "come-on sleepyhead, let's get you to bed" Claire followed her mother into her room like she was told, Claire had already managed to get herself ready for bed so she just climbed into bed with her mother. Nicole gave Claire a kiss on the cheek before turning off the lap and closing her eyes. After a few minutes, I was certain both of them were asleep, even though Claire had eaten so much, the taste of spaghetti and meatballs had long since left and I was starting to feel hungry again, and almost the very second that that thought came to mind I heard some shuffling from outside, almost like the moving of clothes. A couple of seconds later I hear loud gulps from Claire and the taste of milk started flowing into me. I was pretty confused at how Claire was drinking milk as she hadn't even gotten up yet, she wasn't even sitting up... It took a few seconds for it to click in my head what this could be "could this be Nicole's breastmilk?" I say out loud but my voice is muffled by Claire's womb.  indicates the next chapter needs to be written. |
