I wanted to add something more, because this is an Event... and Kids might grow older as time passes...so i wanted to change that.
In this story the Kids on this story will stop aging, Remaining young forever...For some reason the Events halt their aging, so if years have passed the child doesn't age up

I wanted to add some Origins for the Horny Boys to Grow...

What's the reason young boys to grow big and horny?
with their boyhood growing in size?

1) Cosmic event: Earth is hit by a cosmic anomaly (your choice) However it only affected children, More specifically, Young Boys from 12 and under start it to develop a growing and uncontrollable Libido, all young male children seem to be affected and the bulge under their pants or shorts seem to be Growing Bigger...and BIGGER...and BIGGER!

2) Outbreak: a strange and unknown disease is spreading world wide, but it seems to target young children as no adult seem to contracted the disease, however it doesn't seem to cause them any harm of any kind...in fact it seems to make them healthier, The only thing that seems different on them was that they were very easily AROUSED

3) Sexual enhancer : A drug pharma company accidentally misplace an experimental and untested sexual enhancer on a kids drugs, unknown for them or their parents the children taking a dose will increase their sexual needs into overdrive, making them HORNY! and their pee pee growing larger and Bulging upwards, However the people that created the drug discovered that it have a strange effect towards the Boys, as their body will grow in size as they play with their boyhood.

4) Alien experiments: Aliens from outer space have secretly build an Orbital Observatory around the Earth with advance cloaking device so that the Earth people wouldn't spot them, In this Observatory they would study the humans or test their experiments on their planets to show the affects, However one of the experiment goes out of control and accidentally infects children, specifically on young Male children, In a panic they try to abort...But it was too late, As children were starting to develop a Growing libido making them Horny as well making them grow BIGGER the more they pleasure at their boyhood.

One thing the alien were certain off, Earth was about to get in seriously BIG trouble for the Aliens mistakes <_<;...(sorry Earthlings)
