Inside things had finally calmed down enough for you to hear the sounds of battle, and realized freezing the area had made things worse for Vera. Unfortunately for you she needed that fire back, and but her regular moves could not get her heat back. But she did know one move she learned out of anger when she first became a Vulpix.
You felt the ice and snow start to melt, as before there was only a small flame, but now there was a raging bonfire, you panicked trying to back away, but it just kept coming closer and closer, when you felt the stomach give, looking back you saw it was the entrance to the small intestines, and having no other choice you forced your way through, barely making it before the fire reached you.
Outside Poliwhirl, Butterfree, and Yuki paused seeing Vera glow bright red.
"Sorry Crystal, but this is the only way to get my fire back fast enough to fight." Vera muttered, Yuki being the only one close enough to hear, wincing before she yelled. "INFERNO!"
She then released a massive stream of fire that engulfed Poliwhirl and Butterfree. She then turned to Yuki and muttered. "I can still feel Crystal, but she feels deeper then my stomach."
"She must have went into your small intestine to avoid the fire." Yuki muttered. "That inferno would have killed her if she didn't."
Vera winced, before muttering. "I'm glad she did then, but she will have to come out the back end. And next time you get to swallow her."
"Thanks." Yuki said. "It will be alot safer for her in my stomach then yours while we battle. Less heat. I'll have to teach her how to use her I've powers to regulate her temperature before it will be safe for her to be in your stomach while battling, though just traveling is safe."
"True. At least my Inferno would have taken them out of the battle." Vera agreed before the flames dispersed, and both of them paled. "No way."
There the two of them stood, both fine behind the move Protect. They then immediately attacked again, causing Vera and Yuki to seperate.
Meanwhile inside Vera's small intestine you were slowly moving along as her body pushed you, it wasn't as hot so you were fine there and you couldn't stop giggling as you passed over the Villi which tickled you nonstop, despite not having enough room to move on your own, only as Vera's natural bodily functions moved you along.
Meanwhile Vera was jumping around again, which did not move you around anywear near as much, nor did it stop the giggles. But the fight wasn't going as good this time.
While Vera had her fire type attacks back, she was running out of endurance. Finally she got nailed by a drain punch on the head, making her dizzy, as the trainer tossed a pokeball at Vera. Yuki noticed it but was too far away to stop it from hitting Vera and sucking her, and Crystal inside her, into itself, and with a click the two of you were caught, and held in the pokeballs stasis
"NO!" Yuki yelled. Running forward to the pokeball, hoping to get it, and leave.
"Drain Punch! Then Sleep Powder!" The trainer called, making Poliwhirl punch Yuki back, as she was too distraught to dodge it, when she landed Butterfree covered her in Sleep Powder, the last thing she saw before falling asleep was the Trainer throwing a Pokeball at her.
"I did it!" The Trainer cheered, before returning her pokemon, and collecting the pokeballs with Vera(and unknown to her Crystal), and Yuki. "I'm sure you're going to be great members of the team."
She then looked around and decided to continue on her way too...
