Stu and Didi decided to once again attempt to take a vacation to the Grand Canyon with Tommy, and invited Susie to come along with them to keep Tommy company. As they set off, Susie and Tommy were seated next to each other in car seats.
"I'm sure glad my mommy and daddy invited you to go to the Graham Canyon with me." Tommy told Susie.
"Thanks, Tommy. Have you been to the Grand Canyon before?" Susie asked Tommy.
"Yes, I have, with Angelica. My daddy's car broke down there, but two nice men fixed it." Tommy told Susie.
Of course, what Tommy said wasn't entirely true; Angelica drew on Stu and Didi's road map, causing them to take a wrong turn and end up in Starvation Creek Road. Two crooked mechanics named Ace and Eddie deliberately dug a hole near their garage so they could fix Stu's car and scam him and Didi out of their money, but when Tommy and Angelica snuck into the garage to get Cynthia back, since Angelica left her there by mistake, they frightened Ace and Eddie, causing them to think the car is haunted and give Stu and Didi a free repair job. Of course, Susie didn't know this.
