"Am I standing in the right spot?" Tanaka asked through his earpiece. The drive into town had been long tiring, yet he couldn't deny his was a bit interested to see the fruits of his labor.
For a little over a month he'd been subjected Junko's presence and forced to spend time with the giant, so whatever the mad scientists plan was had better been worth all his efforts.
"Are you standing atop the Haruka building?" Junko asked from the other end.
"Yes, and I'd like to get this done before the storm hits. The news said there's going to be a huge thunderstorm and I can already see the dark clouds looming overhead."
"Excellent!" Junko cheered on the other end. "Without this storm the plans a no go."
"Pardon?"
"The storm is essential for Project Monster Hunter 2.0. Anyway, you have trigger so when the rain starts to drop, press it." the blonde explained.
The general grumbled. "Fine. But this better be worth it!"
"Oh it will be." Junko giggled. All her hard work was about to pay off.
The pair waited and waited as more and more dark clouds blanketed the sky. It was almost time. Lightning struck, thunder boomed, and then finally the rain fell.
"Now!" Junko ordered.
The general did just that. Quicker than he could blink, an orange drone shot up from the ground below and into the clouds. At first the general was confused by this, but then something ''odd'' happened.
The rain, it turned... orange?
What followed next was a moment the general would never forget. Tanaka watched in horror as the populace down below began to scream. This orange rain clearly causing them distress and discomfort.
"Junko!? Junko!? What the hell is going on!"
"Progress!" she answered before removing her earpiece and stepping outside.
Down below in the city the exposed female civilians began to scream in agony. The males seemed to be fine but that meant little as the piercing screams of pain filled the air.
Then the sound of something tearing. Clothes to be specific. And... where all the females suddenly getting taller?
Indeed they were as the orange rain was causing all the females present to expand in size.
Tanaka saw this and it made his jaw drop in terror. What had he just done!? "No."
Junko meanwhile relished her work as she too was bathing in the orange rain, her body also feeling the effects. Her plan had worked perfectly. Why simply create one giant when you could have an army of giants? With this they were now ahead of every other country in the world...
