Needless to say, from all the choices you had you picked the anime dragon girl. I mean, OK, dragons by themselves can be sexy, but... an actual dragon girl? No contest to be frank. Though no, you did not make her with ridiculously oversized eyes, too large head for her body and looking like her body was outlined by an animator (or computer). No, The picture you'd picked looked like a real, eighteen year old girl, just with huge dragon wings, a tail and horns peeking through her hair, curling around in front. Oh, and retractable claws in her fingers. Well, you may have done some careful computer generation on that image based on an original anime picture. Meh, whatever.
Though there was one point you wondered about. This whole technology was incredibly advanced and you weren't sure how well it would be taken if people knew about it. And her dragon features were pretty obvious. So... you could make her like some dragon girls in anime stories were. Able to change from her dragon form to a purely human body. Or in this case a dragon robot body that simulated a human form. Still unable to change things after this was setup initially, but she'd at least have two shapes she could use... though the face would be the same in both, and the body at least similar minus draconic features, abilities and strength.
But that was a lot of complex stuff to put in for a quick change. You take a sigh and activate, your choice being...
