Mike as he wakes in is meet by his trainer Rachel. Shes a great coach and always brings the best out of people, many times she pushs Mike to just do one more. Nice and cheerful though can sometimes gets lost in her craft and wants to always show how she does it, almost like a compeditive boust.
"Hey Mike glad to see you, so you ready for today." She said with a smile, walking up in her long leggings and orange sneakers and pink sports bra. As well as keeping her long brunette hair pulled back in a pony tail.
"You know it I was just hoping to cover the whole to do some chest and some legs." Mike said and like that he can see her plaining.

They walk over to then bench press and Mike gets under it, know what he have done for the bast 3 weeks all he needs is to get 15 to call it a set. He goes through the first set great, then the second then he starts the third, 1,2,3... preaty well so far working his way up to 12 and then his arms shake his chest feel sore.
"Come one Mike you can do it!, Just keep breathing." And he pushes throught with 3 more. Rachel claps and then says to do 2 more
