The Ant Bully focuses around the size-changing theme, hardly seen in animated moves. In this 3D animated film, lonely ten year-old Lucas Nickle is being looked after by his older sister, Tiffany, and his grandmother while his parents are away on vacation. Lucas is neglected by his family, and he is tormented by the neighborhood bully, Steve, and his friends.
Frustrated, he takes his aggression out on ant ant hill colonized by sentient ants. He even enlists the help of an exterminator to eradicate the ants. Later that night, Zoc, an ant wizard, uses a potion to shrink Lucas down to ant size, naked, and sentenced by the queen ant to hard labor.
Throughout the movie, Lucas is befriended by Zoc's girlfriend, Hova, learns how to become an ant, and unsuccessfully attempts to cancel the exterminator. During the phone call, Lucas and his ant friends are attacked by Tiffany. Later, Lucas, the ants, and the wasps that attacked them earlier team up to defeat the exterminator and successfully does so by injecting him with Zoc's shrinking potion. As a reward, Lucas is restored to normal size, he befriends Steve's friends after he insults them, and gifts the ants with jelly beans.
In this story route, Lucas's adventures as an ant will feature Doreen Nickle being present alongside Tiffany and the grandmother. In one route, Steve will be shrunken down at Lucas's request to the ants.
The only question is, which route will you choose?
The Sleep Shrinking: Hova, who is interested in humans, drops the shrinking potion in Lucas's ear while he's sleeping, which enables his shrinking. In this route, Lucas either shrinks down smaller than the ants where Hova and/or the Queen will take custody, or Lucas will run from the ants and into his female family member's bedroom.
The Journey Indoors: Lucas and the other ants enter Lucas's house and they try to survive a household with Lucas's mother, sister, and grandmother inside. This route will most likely lead to the phone call where Lucas and the ants try to survive Tiffany as she tries to crush them, or unknowingly eat them with her jelly beans.
The Ant-Sized Bully: At the end of the film, Lucas remains ant-sized, but he requests that a certain bully be given a taste of his own medicine with Zoc's shrinking potion. Like before, the ants shrink Steve down to size and he is either taken into Hova and/or the Queen's custody, or he has to survive the Nickle family giantesses.

The Giant-Sized Nickle Family: Zoc accidentally drops the enlargement potion somewhere where liquid is stored in the house (i.e. the water supply, a glass of milk or juice, etc.). When Tiffany, Doreen, and/or Mommo gets exposed to the water, they turn into giantesses. Since Lucas doesn't get exposed to the water, he is stuck in the middle of a few giant women who either tries to be gentle or experiments with their new size.
