It's All Relative

The boy is an original character in the Lilo & Stitch franchise who is the younger relative(s) of the female protagonists and is raised by them.

The only question is, which of these routes will you choose?

"Kaikaina" Means "Little Brother": The boy is the younger twin brother of Lilo and the younger brother of Nani in Lilo & Stitch. The boy's relationship with Lilo serves as a foil to her rambunctiousness, but he is still a loving brother. Much like in the film (albeit with Angel filling in for Stitch), Lilo and Kali live with Nani and are about to be taken by the Child Protective Services, that is until the arrival of a certain pink alien with a feminine charm.

"Itoko" Means "Little Cousin": The boy is the younger cousin of Yuna and Tigerlily in Stitch! The boy's relationship with Yuna is similar to the relationship with the above option but reversed, as Yuna is protective and mature, and the little cousin is rambunctious and mischievous. They are raised by their grandmother, and they all converse with the yokai living in Izayoi Island. The arrival of angel signifies the change in the cousins' lives.

"Xiao Didi" Means "Little Brother": The boy is the younger brother of Wang Ai Ling and Wang Jiejie, who live with their aunt Daiyu in the Huangshan mountains of China. The boy wants to stay with his siters in the mountains, but his aunt Daiyu insists on having the boy live with her in the city for a batter life. Enter Angel, and they are given the mission to tame the other Experiments based on the creatures from ancient Chinese scrolls.
