Sent to a Boarding School for Girls: You are from a rich family and is gonna be sent to a boarding school for an education, which means you live there now. Because of your size, the boys would be too rowdy for you, so you are sent to a school of girls as they are seeming to be nicer to you. Time will tell if that is true.
Completely Abandoned: No one wants the tiny boy, and the boy has to truly fend for himself in the huge world with absolutely no support whatsoever. The world is truly a cruel place for a tiny born boy. His mother thinks of him as a huge mistake, and decides one night to abandon him somewhere hostile while he was sleeping. Can he survive?
Perfectly Normal Life: Why not an option where everyone is used to tiny people, and he just happens to be one of them. Perhaps he has a mixed size, or a tiny family where they all go about their normal lives, living among giantesses and perhaps maybe giants, but thats unlikely, and no one has an issue with them.
