What happens to him?

1- Dexter stays up many days in his lab but computer tells him he should rest to revitalize the brain and body. He goes to bed but fails to fall asleep and computer suggests he rest in a womb like a fetus

2- Dexter decides to change his DNA to bring out better features for a new body. All he needs now is a womb to regress then grow in.

3- Dexter wanted a new hidden lab to expand on. Though unorthodox, he thought the best place would be in the womb of a female as no one would ever look there.

4- With Dee Dee and Mandark being two nuisances he found a solution of dealing with two birds with one stone. He decides to regress Mandark into a fetus and place him into Dee Dee for her to deal with and be stuck with someone she doesn’t like
