"I have dwarfism," Finnick replied. "I haven't grown an inch since my second birthday!"

Stephanie shook her head unhappily and shut her eyes.

"I think I've got what you need," she said.

She reached for a dresser drawer and opened it. She pulled out a belt with uncountable belt holes.

"When you wear this belt," she said, her eyes narrowing. "Just tighten it and you can grow to any height you want."

Finnick eyed her suspiciously. Then he shrugged his shoulders.

"Beggers can't be choosers," he said. "I'll take it."

"All right," Stephanie said. "Let's get you fitted."

She strapped the belt on his pants and tightened it to make him grow to...
