This choice: Lilo fends him off to buy time for the others to look for the Experiment. • Go Back...Chapter #35Role Reversal by: oyvey1   Lilo's brave face admittedly impressed Gantu for a moment, and for the briefest of moments, faced with someone close to his own size, he actually considered if the risk was worth the effort it would take to take her on. Then he remembered who this actually was. This was the little Earth girl who was an ever-present thorn in his side. Her size was undoubtedly a result of the experiment's meddling, nothing more. "I'll give you credit for your bravery. But just because you're bigger doesn't mean you have a chance against me. But because I'm feeling generous, I'll give you one chance to walk away now."
That's when Stitch jumped in front of the group, his arms outstretched as he readied for battle. "Goocha! Feeboogoo!"
"I guess the trog decided to answer the question for you!" With that, Gantu trained his blaster onto Stitch and fired a net towards the blue alien. But this time, Stitch was able to dodge the net by rolling out of the way. Gantu growled as he started firing plasma bolts instead, sending the kids scattering in all directions as he and Stitch did battle.
"This guy shows up every time one of Lilo's weird dogs get loose! How do I keep getting dragged into this?!" Mertle cried as she took cover underneath Keoni.
"Didn't you want to come with us?"
"But I didn't want to get shot at!"
Stitch ripped a nearby tree out of the ground and swung it at Gantu, but the 20-foot alien caught it in his arms and instead swung Stitch around. "Not this time, abomination!"
"Stitch!" Lilo clenched her fists in determination and got out from her cover, running towards Gantu at full speed. "Get away from him, stinkyhead!" The 16-foot Lilo dove at the large alien's waist, tackling him to the ground and causing the ground around them to shake violently. "Keoni, take Mertle and Victoria and go somewhere safe!"
"Lilo!" Stitch shouted. "Naga heegata!"
"Don't worry about me Stitch!" Lilo got up and raised her fists like she was getting ready to fight. "I'll keep Gantu busy, you need to find the experiment before anyone else gets zapped!"
"Ohh..." Stitch groaned worriedly, watching as Gantu shook off the shock and started getting back up to glare at Lilo. He then saw Keoni, Mertle and Victoria leaving the area, and he realized they might need some protection. "Okay...heegata no feebee!"
"Yeah, I got this! Now go!" Lilo refocused her attention on Gantu, glaring up at him as he was now standing at his full height, which of course was still taller than her. "Alright Gantu, it's just you and me!"
"I don't believe this." Gantu stomped over to Lilo and gave her a shove, which made her stagger back a few steps as she was obviously not used to being pushed around. "You don't really think you stand a chance against me do you? I'm an expert at 12 martial arts and I'm in peak physical condition...while you, are a little Earth girl who just so happens to be too big for her mumu."
"I'm a lot stronger than I look!" Lilo charged in again, only this time Gantu just side-stepped the clumsy attack and redirected Lilo's balance so she fell face-first into the pavement, causing the ground to rumble again. "This might be harder than I thought."
"This is so easy I almost feel bad." Gantu scoffed as he slowly walked over to Lilo, who was sitting on the ground and trying to regain her bearings. "Just stay down, that abomination is mine...and if you're lucky, I'll even make sure to bring it over to return you to your normal size so you don't live the rest of your life as a freak of nature."
"Shows what you know! I wanna be big!" Lilo sprang towards Gantu again, and this time the large alien was caught off-guard, being knocked to the ground once more. But since this time he was aware of what was happening, it didn't take him long to flip Lilo onto her back and pin her down with his superior size and strength.
"My mother always told me I should never hit a female...or a child...but in this case, I may have to break both those rules at once."
Lilo gasped and braced herself for impact, when suddenly...  indicates the next chapter needs to be written. |
