Everything she eats goes to her breasts.

In many ways Vanilla the rabbit was the epitome of the term ladylike, she was refined and graceful with a kind and caring demeanour. Gluttony was certainly not ladylike and most tended to just assume Vanilla was a light eater. This used to be true, before she became a mother, before her child began going on adventures with Sonic and his friends.
Slowly, almost imperceptibly she began eating more, subconsciously seeking comfort for her stresses and worries in calories. It was years before Vanilla realized herself what was happening, staring at the double patty hamburger she had prepared for her lunch and wondering when she had switched to that from salads.
Still she didn't pay it much mind, she may have been eating more but it was mostly healthy food and she made sure to get regular exercise. Her waistline seemed as slim as ever so she figured however much she was eating now she was still within the realm of a healthy diet.
What she didn't know was that the reason her waistline stayed the same was because her bust-line was soaking up all the excess calories and soon it would be impossible for her to remain ignorant of her growing chest.
