"No!" Raven cried out again, grabbing her head, "You will not control me!"
"Raven...?"
"Not now Star-" Raven stopped herself, taking a moment to regain her composure, "I-I'm sorry, Starfire. I didn't... I thought... I never meant to kiss you."
"Raven, it is okay." Starfire responded gently, resting her hand on the bathroom door. "I understand that earth kissing is different. I also understand that you are unwell. I wish to help you. Please..."
Raven sighed, trying to relax her body.
"...Could you bring me a change of clothes?"
"Of course. I will return shortly."
Raven saw in the corner of her eye as Starfire's shadow floated away. She knew she couldn't handle this alone, but she didn't want to hurt Starfire. She would have to be resolute. Use every inch of her self-discipline to keep the demon inside her from doing anything. This decided, Raven crossed her legs and closed her eyes, beginning to meditate.
