Though as much as Peter would like to perve in the locker room, the biggest question is where he is going to be spying?
1) College: It isn't a surprise that Peter would want to see the more developed bodies when he's surrounded by the still-developing bodies of those his own age. Taking advantage of being small might be the best way he can do so.
2) High School: Peter has been spending so much time around his classmates as they have grown, that he really is starting to wonder what it is they are hiding beneath their clothes. With so many of them paying no attention to him, shrinking might be Peter's best chance at seeing them.
3) Local Gym: The gym is the perfect place to admire the glistening muscles of so many people, Peter wants to take advantage of shrinking down to explore around these glorious giants. Though with it being a gym, there is no guarantee that Peter will be dealing with what he hopes to see.
4) Local Pool: Girls in bikinis, males shirtless and in swimsuits, Peter might as well be hitting the grail when he decides to shrink down in the locker room of the local pool. So many wet bodies for him to enjoy, but that doesn't mean Peter will enjoy all of them.
