Here are a few more options of where Peter could live.

The Baxter Building: Peter assisted the Fantastic Four with some experiments and moved into the tower to make things easier. Now Peter has to get the attention of Marvel’s first family or be at risk of the giants that live there.

The Xavier’s School for Gifted Youngsters: Peter was asked t help teach the next generation of mutants, and Xavier even gave him room to make things easier. Now the bug-sized Spider-Man has to deal with his giant students and the X-Men.

Avenger’s Mansion: Instead of a tower, the Avengers live in a large mansion in New York. This will make traveling easier since Peter doesn’t have to travel through the different floors, but now he might have to worry about a giant accidentally crushing him while he traverses the halls and rooms.
